Coach’s role is to provide you with support, guidance, help, but also to challenge you in order to succeed in achieving the goals that you have decided for yourself. Simply put, Coaching is a process that guides you from “where you are” to “where you want to be”.

Life Coaching is a Coaching form where the Coach’s primary concern is to work on issues that relate only to your personal life.
What is Business/Leadership Coaching?
Business / Leadership Coaching is the one where the Coach works with you on issues related to your professional / business life.
What is counseling?
Counseling is the process where a trained consultant develops a professional relationship with you to advise you on how to manage the various issues you are concerned with.
Is Coaching Psychotherapy?
No. Psychotherapy is a process where the therapist develops a professional relationship with his client in order to alleviate psychological or emotional symptoms. The Coach is “NOT” a therapist, and in no case should he claim otherwise, unless he has the necessary credentials
